  • Maintain smooth communication with clients and potential clients. Create and send proposals, invoices, and reminders.
  • Keep track of project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of work.
  • Monitor and record expenses accurately.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and keeping the client focused on essential goals.

Requirements:

  • Someone that’s very organized and can keep the ball rolling with clients and potential clients
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset to keep a very busy client focused on priorities
  • Experience working with US-based clients
  • Should have backups for device, internet, and power interruptions
