Job Summary:

OpenLoop is looking for a Patient Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be a member of the Clinical Operations Team, collaborating closely with the Patient Support Lead.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with provider support and patient contact
  • Assist with client billing responsibilities
  • Review daily visits to ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Manage phone and email customer service needs
  • May manage patient calls and emails using problem solving and resolution skills

Requirements

  • 2-3 years previous experience in customer service/healthcare-related programs

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance plans, and billing processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records and registration systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 9PM to 6AM Manila Time
  • Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati or BGC office
