Multimedia Design Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Multimedia Design Specialist who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. Salary Rate: PHP 50,000 - 85,000 per month.

THE ROLE:

• Design and develop compelling meta ads, display banners, landing pages, and emails that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive customer engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to inform design decisions and ensure our marketing materials remain innovative and competitive.
• Iterate design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders, incorporating revisions and adjustments as needed to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality assurance throughout the design process, ensuring accuracy in messaging, branding, and visual elements.
• Optimize design assets for different digital platforms and devices, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance across channels.
• Additional tasks as assigned

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of graphics and video editing experience
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (FIGMA, Canva, Adobe CS)
• Experience with video editing tools.
• Experience in creating compelling ads for digital advertising campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with consumer product goods (CPG) marketing is a plus.
• Has worked in the GY Shift experience
• Ability to work CST

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication

GROW-INTO:

• Pull reports from their affiliate platform and upload into a Google Sheet for the client.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Highly responsive
• Keen ability to context shift and move seamlessly b/w different projects
• Ability to manage timeline/priorities (especially when they change/shift)
• Proactive comms and ability to accept constructive feedback
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage files appropriately
