Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - 100,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

• Data Manipulation: Sort, scrub, tag, clean, and de-dupe data sets for accurate reporting.
• Report Creation: Develop templated reports for partners upon request.
• Dashboard Building: Build reports and dashboards from scratch or using provided templates.
• Data Analysis: Analyze results and write summaries of reports to communicate findings.
• Regular Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on various data sets.
• Validation and Troubleshooting: Validate and troubleshoot existing reports for data and logic accuracy.
• Platform Data Pulling: Extract data from Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform other ad-hoc data analysis tasks as needed.

The Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in complex data analysis.
• Platform Proficiency: 2+ years of experience with Meta, YouTube, and TikTok ad platforms.
• BI Tool Knowledge: Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Spreadsheet Skills: Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Sheets.
• Report Generation: Proven ability to generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards from scratch.
• Scripting Skills: Experience with Python or SQL scripting is nice to have.
• Communicator: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Behavioral Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and prompt in completing deliverables.
• Time-Zone Friendly: Ability to work in any timezone in the US or graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
