The role is responsible for detecting, investigating, and resolving fraud management-related activities. It recommends improvements in customer processes and activities based on fraud investigation findings and analyses. It also identifies problem areas and vulnerabilities that may lead to fraudulent activities and enforce necessary intervention.
Job Qualifications- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
- With experience in revenue leakage projects/ initiatives (identification, analysis, investigation, reporting, etc.) is a plus
- With knowledge in basic business intelligence and business analytics tools is a plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
