About the Role:

The Job requires design and implementation, communication, management of compensation and benefits, perks strategies relative to objective of the Organization. Responsible in determining attractive salary and benefit packages based on Market Research. Making sure that all Government Statutory benefits are well monitored and updated.

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management Development or any related courses.
  • Responsible in developing, updating and review of Compensation and Benefits of the Company
  • Determine competitive wage rates and modify compensation plans
  • Ensure that all compensation and benefits of employees are released on identified schedule.
  • Ensure that all Government Mandated requirements are submitted on time
  • Identify, review and administer benefits programs to increase the quality of employment by doing initiatives on Market Surveys and research across industry and check if it’s competitive and legal
  • Budget forecasting for personnel requirements
  • Oversee Payroll generation of reports
  • Conducts training on Orientation relative to C&B new employees
  • Monitors Leave Balances and Matrix custodian of reports
  • Basic Knowledge of Labor Law

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

· Main office is located in 96-88 Matutum St. Brgy. Manresa

Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
