Description & Requirements Performs consultative duties for HCM development, customizations, client support and training on various techno-functional and customization tools and utilities, serving as the subject matter expert, and transfer product and industry knowledge to early adopters, departments, beta customers and large-scale, high profile customer implementations. Education methods, deliverables and activities include but are not limited to instructor led training, web casting, on-site client consulting providing subject matter expertise support and so on.
What You Will Need: Required skills:

• Bachelors Degree on Computer Science / Engineering or related studies
• Consulting experience for at least 3 year
• Relevant experience of 1-2 years to any technologies below:
• Solid experience in JavaScript
• Web Services and API Development

What Will Put You Ahead? Preferred Qualifications:

• Business Intelligence (SQL, Database Programming)
• EDI (XML, XSLT)
• Cobol
• HCM Applications
• InforOS

• Utilizes well-developed professional skills and solid client base knowledge to consult with customers to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Provide implementation and integration consulting
• Continually seeks opportunities to expand knowledge and skills and stays current with evolving technology.
• Works with larger and/or more complex/unique customers/projects.
• Evaluates customer needs and develops programs and processes to complete implementation of products.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Consult on report design, conversion and interface mapping
