JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Produce detailed working drawings and specifications
  • Conduct feasibility study
  • Follow complex instructions for modification of drawings using company drafting standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Architecture, Drafting Technology or equivalent
  • Has completed short courses related to CAD Drafting
  • Proficient in CAD drafting and designing, and knows how to read working drawings and construction plans
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience specializing in CAD drafting and designing
  • Experience in the mall/restaurant/hotel industry is an advantage
  • Certified Auto CAD Drafter is an advantage
  • Able to drive and willing to do fieldwork
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and design programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to work in Marikina City
