Processing and Compliance Officer (PCIWS-31)

As a Processing and Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our partners operations. You will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, processing invoices, maintaining vendor accounts, and providing essential support to the team. Your role will require a high level of accuracy, focus, and problem solving skills.

What you’ll be working on

Financial Processes:

• Performing bank reconciliations
• Posting and verifying accounts payable invoices
• Following up on overdue accounts and providing weekly summaries of customer responses
• Preparing weekly payment lists
• Sending statements of accounts for all accounts receivable
• Requesting credit checks for new clients
• Creating and uploading weekly funding batches
• Completing credit applications for suppliers
• Entering accounts receivable invoices
• Attending to and responding to customer queries promptly
• Assisting in documenting finance team processes

Office Support:

• Managing timesheets and job attendance
• Running and sending daily reports
• Verifying and approving daily sign-in and sign-out transactions
• Preparing weekly timesheets
• Setting up new employees and labor hire staff in Timecloud and archiving inactive employees
• Assisting in creating finance policies and procedures
• Performing general administrative duties as required
• Maintaining health and safety standards and procedures in line with legislation and company policies

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years work experience (In accounting and compliance officer)
• Good communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Customer service skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
