Department Operations LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor) LocationPhilippines - Manila

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Manage operational excellence projects through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring projects impact
  • Design and document operations process flow to support operations
  • Benchmark and analyze competitors processes and recommend improvement for internal processes
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math or equivalent
  • At Least 3-5 years experience in Project Management preferably in the same industry
  • Great track record of successful project management is required
  • Preferably with logistics or route planning experience
  • Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino
  • Knowledge in Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail andability to prioritize across multiple objects
  • Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
