Responsibilities : JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY: The Order to Cash Practices & Program Manager is the driving force in our goal to innovate and continuously improve our processes. The role provides worldwide O2C governance for all order to cash technical strategies and delivery of high-quality initiatives in alignment with the company’s overall strategies and objectives. The practices & program manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring our goal in innovation and continuous improvement are achieved. The O2C Practices and Program Manager directly reports to the Global Process Lead who will provide functional & administrative guidance. The role requires production experience and strong skills in developing and implementing systems related business strategy plans. The O2C Practices and Program Manager provides project leadership to the team, driving efficiency and effectiveness in managing initiatives across the Order to Cash team.
  • Align with the objectives and goals of the global process lead
  • Oversees the delivery of interrelated process optimization initiatives to drive the success of the overall strategy
  • Initiate discussions with Project Analysts, Global Sub-Process Owner and Site Process Leads to define process & practice change requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
  • Directs internal and external resources, ensuring that programs remain within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinates initiatives across multiple functions
  • Evaluates program progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
  • Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities
  • Develops the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees
  • Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
  • Ensures all O2C programs supported by various teams are coordinated and are focused on achieving the overall goals. This includes but not limited to the following:
    • Reporting programs with Data Analytics
    • SAP enhancement programs with Enterprise Business Solutions (EBA)
    • Automation programs with DX Automations
    • Internal continuous improvement initiatives
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Formulates, organize and monitor inter-connected initiatives
  • Ensure that all aspects of a program are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
  • Develop and maintain program performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
  • Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost program efficiency and maximize deliverables output
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management
  • Report program risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to program work plan
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
  • Serve as point of communication between internal teams and external resources
  • Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors/support

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in (or equivalent) in relevant field
  • 10 or more years’ experience in the shared service industry
  • 10 or more years’ experience in doing and leading projects
  • Experience within O2C or any of its upstream or downstream process is required
