Email Marketing Generalist (US/E-commerce)

GrowthAssistant is looking for an Email Marketing Generalist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate leverages AI tools to craft high-performing email campaigns using pre-approved copy and creativity. Managing contact lists, executing automated sequences, and A/B testing email elements are all part of the gig. Strong self-motivation and accountability are key, as youll be driving results with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 70,000 per month

Tasks:

• Help build customer segments in Klaviyo
• Draft campaign email brief outlines using data-driven product selection (i.e. They could write initial briefs, do product selection based on analysis from our data and help our lifecycle manager)
• Work closely with the cross-functional teams on the project management side of the campaigns, documenting change in Figma and pinging stakeholders in Slack
• Email comms calendar updates (i.e. ensure calendar is updated and basic performance metrics are added after a campaign is completed)
• Monitor flow performance to ensure proper deployment (to serve as our own internal WKND QA regularly)
• QA - checking all technical setups of Campaigns and Flows before the launch, to ensure the strategy is followed as well as deliverability and targeted audience
• Perform A/B tests on various email elements
• Manage campaign reporting and pull/post insights (i.e. What worked well, why, etc.)
• Task Breakdown: 70% - Drafting creative briefs for email campaigns, 10% - QA’ing campaigns, 10% - Supporting SMS/Push initiatives, and 10% - Reporting/administrative support specific to email campaigns

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with end-to-end email marketing
• 3+ years of advanced experience with CRM/email marketing platform (ESP)
• Experienced in writing creative briefs for email campaigns (using data to drive content decisions)
• At least 1+ years experience with Figma (used as a project mgt. tool)
• Intermediate experience with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Recent work experience following the US time zone and amenable to working graveyard shift

Nice to have:

• Experience using Klaviyo
• Has worked for e-commerce client/business
