As a Data Operations Analyst in Markets within Client Account Services team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of client requests involving NEW Request Creation, Account Maintenance and Projects for Markets

Job responsibilities:

• Process client requests based on instructions provided using appropriate platforms
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the completion of each request, evidencing checks done following the procedures
• Provide effective communication to the clients/ stakeholders to ensure that requirements, timelines and expectations are properly set
• Coordinate with downstream processes to provide information needed and prioritize requests according to business needs
• Participate in various change projects and contribute in strategic programs in Markets

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail
• Strong ability to learn ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of business
• Strong risk and control awareness, including ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines
• Customer service, team and goal-oriented, enhanced by a high sense of urgency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
