Purchasing Staff - Restaurant

Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurants supply chain and inventory, including purchasing, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary ingredients and materials
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that all necessary ingredients are available for menu items
- Oversee the logistics of receiving and storing supplies, as well as the distribution of products to different areas of the restaurant
- Implement and maintain a system for tracking and managing product quality and expiration dates
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives in the supply chain

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in supply chain management or a related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contract terms with suppliers
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, such as Oracle EBS, is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding purchasing and inventory levels
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking of supplies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
