In collaboration with a leading North American healthcare provider, we are seeking highly skilled Enrollment Specialists to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Enrollment Specialist at BrainCX, you will be integral in supporting our partnership with a prominent North American healthcare provider. This role requires you to facilitate the insurance enrollment process for clients in North America. Leveraging BrainCXs advanced technological platforms, you will handle inquiries, assist with enrollment forms, and provide personalized guidance to ensure a smooth and efficient process. This role requires effective communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of insurance enrollment procedures enhanced by our GenAI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with the insurance enrollment process using BrainCX technology, both remotely and onsite.
• Communicate effectively and articulately in English at a C1 level.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients needs and concerns.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of enrollment forms and documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to clients regarding insurance coverage options.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any enrollment-related issues.
• Participate in coaching, meetings, and team bonding activities onsite.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.

Personality and Skills Requirements:

• Must be confident and able to take initiative to resolve issues with minimal direction.
• Possess a learning personality, continuously seeking to improve performance and adapt to new challenges.

Requirements:

• Graduated from a Top Philippines University where Spoken English communication was a priority.
• Fluent in English, with a C1 level proficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a healthcare or insurance client.

Technical and Equipment Requirements:

• Stable fiber internet with backup.
• Stable power and 21" dual monitors preferred.
• CPU: At least i5 or AMD equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB.
• Operating System: PC - Windows 10 or later.
• Internet: Stable ping (80 ms or less), 50 Mbps.
• Jabra noise-canceling microphone headset.
• Working webcam with decent video quality.

Work Location & Schedule:

• Work from home position.
• Night shifts, 7 PM - 6 AM, Philippines time.
• Availability required Monday through Sunday, with assigned shifts.

Compensation:

• Salary ranges from ₱30,000 to ₱38,000 monthly, with opportunities for bonuses.
