A department store and a grocery store rolled into one, SM Hypermarket offers, convenience, affordability, and a wide array of products – from groceries, fresh and frozen, apparel, home appliances to furniture and even school and pet supplies. At SM Hypermarket, one can shop for all essentials and more all under one roof. Furthermore, SM Hypermarket takes pride in its team of happy-to-serve crew, who goes the extra mile to provide customers a satisfying and rewarding shopping. Currently operating with 54 stores across Metro Manila, North Luzon, South Luzon, and Visayas, SM Hypermarket is dedicated in delivering complete food shopping services to more Filipino communities adhering to its tagline, “Happy to Serve.”
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, performing selling functions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities :
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products.

Provide information about products, promotions, and pricing to customers.

Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Senior High school graduate or completion of any four-year course.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
