Shopify Operations Assistant

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Shopify Operations Assistant for our growth marketing team who will help our client with their daily operations and business. Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - 80,000 per month

The Role

• Create, manage, and optimize Shopify listings and client micro websites
• Upload listing images and manage product catalog
• Assist in various fulfillment tasks to ensure smooth storefront operations
• Work with Shopify support to troubleshoot and fix listing and shipping issues
• Assist in other tactical brand management tasks as needed
• Ad-hoc reporting and dashboarding as needed
• Creating Company accounts in Shopify B2B
• Invoicing clients via Draft Orders
• Managing various Warehouse locations for inventory fulfillment

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience with brand management on Shopify (Expert Level)
• Intermediate Sheets / Excel
• Experience with the Shopify App ecosystem (Klaviyo, Zapier, Shopify Bundles)
• Experience writing and iterating on role-related SOPs
• Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US

Nice-to-Have:

• Shopify+ B2B Experience
• Shopify Liquid, HTML/CSS Experience (strongly preferred)
• Experience with Shopify Flows
• Creating Flows to help automate and optimize various tasks
• Experience with WhatsApp and Gmail for internal comms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
