An Airfreight Track and Trace Associate is responsible for monitoring and updating the events of air shipments in the TMS system, following up on transshipments, and notifying the operations team of any missing or delayed events. The associate works in shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage of the airfreight activity.

• Monitor Landing page and SBI reports regarding missing events.
• Follow the SOP to get the events updated in TMS after checking respective carrier websites.
• Follow up on transshipments by checking the respective carrier websites.
• Follow up on missing events as per SOP.
• Hourly follow up on missing events and after three failed attempts to retrieve any event info from the carrier websites, notify ops as per SOP.
• Activity runs 24/7 in shifts.

• Good planning skills and high focus on task execution
• High coordination skills and task/process oriented
• Makes clear and effective oral presentations to individuals and groups
• Provide effective communication with all organizational levels to keep lines of communication open to minimize conflict
• Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree in any Business Field
• Has Background in the Freight Forwarding Industry. Knows Air Operations is a plus.
