Primasy Purpose of the Position:


You will be responsible for developing and executing national channel plans that will ensure sustainable and profitable share growth for Goodyear Philippines (GYPH). You will identify opportunities to enhancing the companys overall presence in the trade. You will also ensure that GYPH maintains strong relationships with dealers, retailers and distributors


Job Responsibilities:

Developing and Executing Channel Strategies and Plans

  • Create market (channel &customer) business plans to achieve annual revenue, profit and share targets.
  • Deploy and monitor customer management processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the consistency, efficiency, and quality of intern and external customer expectations.
  • Identifying new market trends and customer needs by working with ASEAN market research team.
  • Analyzing and reacting to business competition and developments to maintain agility and responsiveness to customers’ needs and requirements.

Customer/ Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with distribution partners to ensure business goals are met.
  • Instill Exceptional Customer Service principles to build long term relationship with customers.
  • Employ consultative selling to uncover needs of distributors and retail partners

Driving operational excellence in the following areas:

  • Account planning.
  • Financial – negotiation, pricing and margin.
  • Sales and revenue forecasting.
  • Branded Retail Operations via Perfect Store


Building and developing a high impact Business Development Organization

  • Establish and drive Business Development KPI’s.
  • Equip Business Development Organization with core sales methodologies and tools.
  • Provide on the job training and coaching to subordinates as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Marketing or Business Related Degree
  • Minimum combined 10 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Training.
  • Proven revenue generating track record through business development and sales.
  • Possess good network and strong knowledge of the target market will be advantageous.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project and people management experience, good organizational skill and attention to detail.
