About the Role: As a Cyber Incident Response Associate, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:

• Triage cases reported to ASOC/Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT)
• Escalate cases to appropriate teams, including Legal
• Daily update of the Archer tool
• Track incident progress to closure
• Keep project and CIRT leadership aware of higher severity situations.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields is preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply preferably Cybersecurity / Digital Forensics / Information Security courses.
• Must have at least in a technical and analytical field.
• Must have strong hardware/software/OS experience.
• Amenable to report in Mandaluyong City.
