The Finance And Accounting Specialist will be a pivotal member of our finance team, providing expertise in delivering high-quality accounting services to support our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting principles, advanced technical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality output while working remotely. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the full cycle of accounting services such as AR and AP, bank reconciliation, general ledger closing, tax preparation and compliance.
  • Supports key finance activities such as financial closing, reports preparations, accounts reconciliation and audits.
  • Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their financial performance and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, outside stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Reviews accounting policies and practices to ensure its compliance with accounting principles and framework
  • Participates in system improvements and implementation projects
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system and storage of financial data, records and documents to ensure easily available information
  • Perform other related task necessary to achieve the department’s goals and objective
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or relevant field.
  • 5-7+ years of progressive functional experience in a finance and accounting role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP/NetSuite) and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
  • CPA License
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented - Commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Multi-tasker; Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
