The MIS Officer is primarily responsible for data management, reports and analytics, audit/compliance, risk assessment management, and all recruitment onboarding-related activities. Also in-charge of knowledge management, including establishing efficient systems and process flow that strengthen collection and use of project information for root-cause/deep dive analysis and business strategical decision-making ? reporting to Director, PH Corporate Recruitment.

Job Description:

  • Manage, maintain, and improve reporting requirements for the team
  • Create dashboards and decks for business reviews and presentations.
  • Acts as SME for all data mgmt. and reporting/analytics function:
  • Knows basic automation of reports;
  • Provides basic analysis to reports and gives recommendations on how to improve numbers
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources and correlate into insightful information and reports for high-level analysis
  • Work with end users to gather requirements, identify and understand discrepancies, perform troubleshooting, and resolve issues
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring requests for reports and data
  • Optimize reports and data extracts, ensuring data sources are properly indexed, and other optimization techniques
  • Validate data and proactively identify potential data issues (inconsistencies between sources, missing/incomplete data, etc.)
  • In-charge of all onboarding-related activities such as: processing of background checks and preemployment medical exam, collection of preemployment requirements, 201 filing, asset provision and NT login creation requests etc within the agreed SLA
  • Manage the day to day operations of risk mitigation and policy and procedure development with primary responsibility for the overall implementation and maintenance of Sagility compliance and incident management platform including the development and delivery of system support processes, tools and training and responsibility for promoting and improving the risk and compliance culture:
    • Assist in external reviews and regular audits
    • Execute the BAU compliance plan under the direction and supervision of an internal compliance officer
    • Facilitate in reporting of suspicious transactions
    • Perform compliance reviews
    • Prepare and update燼ll risk and compliance-related manuals
    • Provide compliance advisory to business units and business functions
    • Provide support to internal compliance officers in organizing, designing, and delivering compliance platform
    • Recognize common compliance vulnerabilities and recommend basic compliance controls to mitigate compliance risks
    • Maintain QISMIS and ensure compliance on data mgmt

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor?s degree preferred
  • Must have relevant recruitment experience
  • Must have intermediate to advance proficiency level with Microsoft Excel (advanced would be highly preferred), and other MS tools such as: Word, PPT, etc
  • Ability to scrub, dissect and visualize data; create customized reports
  • An analytical thinker, capable of synthesizing complex or diverse information, conducting data collection and research, and using intuition and experience to complement data. Solid critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate sound arithmetic, analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to prioritize workload,爉eet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail. Must have a keen eye for details, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to workload and multitask with attention to detail in a dynamic environment
  • Able to understand user requirements, collect and assess how data can be utilized to produce their desired output
  • Excellent verbal, written and comprehension skills. With good verbal and written communication skills in order to properly communicate with employees from different levels of the organization. Effective communication with colleagues and management through verbal, written, and listening channels
  • Demonstrates ability to give and receive feedback with peers and business partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a proven track record of effectively communicating with various departments to understand and outline processes
  • Optimistic attitude in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Punctuality, consistently adhering to work schedules and ensuring responsibilities are covered during absences
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, weekends off, midshift to late midshift start of working hours
