  • Grievance administration, investigation, mediation, and arbitration.

-Gathering, collecting, and maintaining documents and records required for

contract and policy development, investigations, and negotiations.

-Prepare Correspondences and/or Memorandums for employees with

-Administrative Cases/Issues with Company.

-Provides interpretation of labor contracts to managers, employees, and HR sti

oversees processes for review and resolution of employee grievances.

-Hold Grievance Meetings to resolve Administrative and other issues of employees.

TIMEKEEPING:

  • Tracking of Employee Leaves in Masterfile Google Sheet
  • Assist in Enrollment of employees to Pag-Ibig, Philhealth & SSS.
  • Familiarization and Mastery of the Labor Code/Laws and provide advice Management regarding labor-related issues with employees.
  • May translate to researching for references and reviewing the Labor Law as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 28 yr old and above
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

  • Taguig City (Required)
