VAS Product Manager

About The Job

What You’ll Do:

• Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across all products/product lines.
• Propose new product concepts to internal counterparts, assist in design and coordination of new processes, and secure buy-in of key stakeholders
• Conduct product briefing with internal units, maintaining active communication with the sales network, replying on product related requests, solving non-standard issues
• Manage product pilot tests, rollout process and coordinate with appropriate department for the requirements
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with service providers including conducting of business reviews and effective negotiation on terms of agreement
• Serve as Point-of-Contact with IT for the system development requirements and handles drafting of business requirements for insurance-related enhancements
• Monitor key performance parameters including but not limited to sales, penetration rate and mis-selling and propose actions to meet target
Create, document, and maintain standard processes designed for each insurance product with necessary alignment with involved departments

What You Need To Have:

• At least 7 years of experience in product development, product management and/or project management from banking, financial services or insurance industries
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments
• High analytical skills: ability to analyze reports and see gaps for business opportunities
