Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers using a chat system or email
  • Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
  • Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices, and other details to prospective and existing customers

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
  • With a minimum of 1 month BPO experience
  • For No BPO experience but with customer-facing experience are welcome to apply
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite (office-based)
  • Willing to attend onsite interview in our main office (Pasig)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
