1 Responsibilities The Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst responsibilities include administrative tasks such as project operations support, communication support and project management tooling support; support in financial tracking and reporting work for the program/project; and monitoring of ongoing projects to ensure PMO process and standards compliance.

• Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining PMO documentation and reports.
• Maintaining project contracts and financials.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Maintain and provide PMO tools support.
• Involves analyzing project data, preparing reports, tracking project progress, performing project audits to ensure alignment with PMO goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in a related field
• Degree in business, administration, or a related field required.
• Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.
• Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
• Experience with stakeholder and financial management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
