Responsibilities:

He / she prepares Purchase Orders, responsible for ordering office supplies, raw materials and other items needed by the company.

Roles

  • Checks quality of all delivered raw materials and prepares accountability forms whenever necessary.
  • Negotiates for the best price from credible suppliers.
  • Follows-up deliveries and ensures delivery targets are met on time.
  • Oversees inventory and replenishes stocks on hand.
  • Sources for new Suppliers/Printers.
  • Prints out Purchase Orders and helps in the creation of new items in the Master file.
  • Checks and forwards Invoices to the Accounting Department.
  • Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Location: Willing to be assigned in: Manresa, Quezon City

Bachelor’s degree holder

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • With at least 1 year of related experience.
  • With experience in using SAP is an advantage but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
