Junior Business Analyst

Supporting the project team by engaging with stakeholders across various business functions, you will present findings and contribute to key project outcomes. Your enthusiasm to adapt to change and work under pressure will be nurtured as you assist in a range of analytic areas. Conduct process mapping by working with subject matter experts to identify areas for improvement and recommending solutions that leverage HR technologies to achieve efficiency. What you offer

• Demonstrated capability in building business requirements, testing approaches and execution
• Familiarity with agile methodology and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills with proactivity and strong attention to detail
• A collaborative, outcome-focused approach to your stream of work and display tenacity and inquisitiveness
