Implementation Consultant I

SUMMARY

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful onboarding experience and implementation of RealPage’s Learning Management System solution, RealConnect. This includes analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables, collecting appropriate data, setting accurate expectations with the customer and Product Team, and coordinating with the Learning Systems team and other RealPage teams. The Implementation Consultant serves as a subject matter expert to the customer for the product or service they implement by providing system usage best practices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Successfully and efficiently manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
• Assist customer in determining best practices for setup and configuration to achieve customer’s desired result
• Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers
• Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi-system integrations
• Maintain core and essential knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
• Interpret and fully understand customer business requirements and needs
• Maintain accurate records of all communication received for each customer
• Manage defect or problem resolution to drive implementations to completion
• Update activity records timely and accurately to ensure accurate time reporting and client billing
• Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might impact the implementation

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external executive-level customers
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
• Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment
• A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deliverables are met
