Job Summary:

Talent Services (TS) is a core service function within Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Enablement Services, providing multiple HR support services including recruitment support, on boarding support, core HR support, learning administration support, performance management support, Talent Acquisition, Mobility admin, HR Systems support etc to EY member firms. Talent Services provides services to countries, sub-areas, areas and global people teams and other EY stakeholders. These services are delivered from our centers in Dalian, China; Bangalore, Trivandrum & Cochin, India, Wroclaw, Poland and Manila, Philippines.


A Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) is EY’s extended delivery model for high quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. A hub can cut across service line and regions, delivering non repetitive project-based work through skilled agile teams. VTH personnel are employed by Global Delivery Services (GDS) and funded by regions based on usage. supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Talent Acquisition team. VTH works in a fully-integrated way with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team.


The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Oceania Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to set up, build the capability and lead the Oceania Virtual Talent Acquisition Hub Team to ensure high quality service delivery to the Oceania Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TA2) team. In addition, the role will provide support across TA2 Operations projects and be responsible for working with the Global PDRA teams to build reporting capability for the TA2 team in Oceania.


Key Interactions: Oceania TA2 Leadership team, PDRA, Global Functional Leaders and Global, Area and Regional Talent Leaders and their extended leadership team.


Key Responsibilities:


Operations and Reporting responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver regular reporting and insights on recruitment activity for the Oceania TA2 team to meet leadership requirements.
  • Educate and upskill recruiters and Oceania TA2 leaders on reporting functionality in SuccessFactors
  • Oversee TA2 operations projects including recruitment compliance and process improvement
  • Support with onboarding of new TA2 team members


Virtual Talent Hub responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the single point of contact for all interactions, activities or matters related to the Oceania Virtual Talent Acquisition Hub.
  • Working closely with the Global, Area and Regional Talent Leaders in identifying roles and activities that are being set-up in the hub including location strategy and over-all implementation approach
  • Working with the Project Team in the execution of the implementation plan and with the onshore team in carrying forward the VTH operating model and ways of working post initial transition
  • Overseeing onboarding of new VTH resources into the VTH operating model and working closely with the onshore teams in providing global, area and region-specific training to their VTH team members
  • Working closely with the onshore teams in defining over-arching performance management framework, tracking and reporting for the VTH team members, as well as roles and responsibility between the onshore and VTH leaders
  • Implementing a process to monitor and drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices within and across the entire network of hubs
  • Working closely with the onshore teams in establishing and maintaining “ways of working” as guiding principles for the VTH resources in the performance of their day-to-day tasks and deliverables
  • Developing and sharing accurate report to clients on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Coaching and developing all direct reports in line with EY Performance Management and Development Programs and related initiatives.

Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel will be required for global meetings (post-pandemic)

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree

    Experience:


    • At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources or Shared Services for a multinational organization
    • Previous experience in leading a team
    • Experience across several client/internal projects, focused on the development, improvement and deployment of similar products or tools and the end to end product lifecycle within a Professional Services environment.
    • Proven track record of working with a senior stakeholder population
    • Strong understanding of all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, experienced hire, and campus recruitment
    • Experience in sharing insights from data and reporting and analytics tools.
    • Strong knowledge of EY processes and systems including SuccessFactors for recruiting
