Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be an Account Manager for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. They will be working cross-functionally between the ACX Team Leads, ACX’s Executive team to provide clear communication in all ends. They will be overseeing ACX Leads and agents to ensure quality control across all inbound inquiries.
Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as an Account Manager
- Daily attendance reporting.
- All onboarding/offboarding processes on ACX; Manage peak staffing needs and seasonality, ensuring key holidays or other identified volume spikes are planned for across ACX Team Leaders and aligned with CX.
- Running all team-building events.
- Reporting to the ACX Executive of any team performance/behavior or issues.
- Developing Team Leads for continued training/guidance.
- Supporting TL’s targets for KPIs; Ultimately responsible for the program’s level of quality and KPI performance; works closely with the campaign and client to align efforts with auditing, coaching, and calibrating agent performance.
- Assisting with the hiring process of the campaign for Tier 1 agents.
- Providing relevant reports for the performance of the team.
- Drive and maintain acceptable levels of agent and team leader attendance across the program.
- Work closely with ACX Team Leaders and the campaign to drive optimal agent performance, identify and address any needed improvements and report progress to the campaign HQ.
To be successful in this role you must…
- At least 1*-2 years of experience as an Account Manager in a BPO* setting
- Experience in chat or email management campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
