About the Team
The e-Commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe ByteDance is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-Commerce experience to our users. Our product engineering team is responsible for building an e-Commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us as we drive the future of e-Commerce here at ByteDance.

You will be involved in the following activities:

• Participating in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
• Sourcing, targeting, and building pipelines of candidates databases.
• Professional partnering with the TA Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.
• Supporting new project (s), and/or optimizing current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Achieving a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
• Supporting HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-starter who has an appetite for learning new things.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
