MYOB and Payroll Expert Bookkeeper with Australian business experience

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable all-rounder to join our team as a Bookkeeper. As a small business, we need someone who understands the broad scope of responsibilities that come with the role and is capable of handling various tasks.

You will be responsible for the full functions of the finance department, including:

  • Processing and managing accounts payable & receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of BAS, Payroll Tax & SGC returns
  • Calculating, processing and tracking insurance policies (PL/PI, etc.)
  • Ensuring the accurate generation of various reports for the Management Team

You will work each Wednesday alongside the director who oversees our accounts.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • MYOB - solid experience in managing the administration of an online timesheet function and processing weekly payroll via MYOB
  • Australian-business experience
  • Strong Payroll skills
  • Availability to work Wednesdays from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, Philippine time

This job is online/remote and applicants should have a reliable home office set-up. Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.
