You will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build, and implement strategies that can help enhance asset management and improve productivity. As part of these, you will work on-

· Identifying, assessing, and solving asset management problems in the areas of strategy, processes, technology, data & governance

· Helping clients to implement end to end Enterprise Asset Management solutions, including Work Management, Inventory Management, Procurement Management, MoC & digital solutions for connected field workers

· Helping solve key business problems such as optimizing asset lifecycle management, efficient work planning & scheduling, collaborative annual maintenance programs, EH&S & MoC improved Safety & Change Management, etc.

· Preparing and conducting training sessions for our clients to build the required capabilities for growth

· Providing support to the executive team (Managers, Senior Managers, etc.) in preparing RFP responses, developing solutions/Demos for clients, and developing pre-sales pitches

· Developing innovative assets/accelerators for Accenture to enhance client delivery

Job Qualifications

Your experience counts!

· +5 years of total experience

· Strong industry experience of contributing to Asset & Work Management Transformation projects

· Ability to advise client requirements on relevant EAM solution based on their business vision & requirements

· Able to customize workflows & Business process discussions to envision a future state for the clients

· Able to configure & migrate data for application migration & integrations

· Ability to configure organization, sites, GL Accounts & Master Data in EAM solution based on approved requirements

· Ability to design Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory Management, Procurement Management, MoC & Change Management processes and other related modules of chosen EAM solution

· EAM Platform experience - SAP, Maximo, or Infor.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Performance bonus
