• Plans and executes projects for smaller programs or asynchronous deliveries
• With guidance, identifies information content needs and develops content and manages workload and priorities to fit project timelines

• Performs the publications delivery process
• Assists in pubs plans for product programs
• Develops network of business contacts
• Has knowledge of information development tools

• Collaborate with product owners/SMEs to understand the requirements and features being built in the product and convert them into user comprehensible document.

Requires the following experience/competencies:

• Has passion for writing
• Develops documentation, draft of paper documentation, classroom or computer-based training courses
• Develops an understanding of solutions and information solutions development
• Revises existing content per engineering specifications
• Revises existing content per reviewers comments
• Validates documented procedures
• Follows department content and process standards

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline
Minimum Experience: 0-2 yrs of related experience
