Job Description
The Bookkeeper we are looking for will need to follow the invoice approval process before payment. You will also have to communicate with suppliers and customers by email and phone, as well as handle all bookkeeping functions, including:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoicing
- Daily upkeep of tasks
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Emailing clients/suppliers as required
- Inventory adjustments
- Amortization of expenses/revenue
- Depreciation of assets
- Distributing regular financial reports
- Sales tax filings (PST & GST/HST)
- Reconciliations
- Filing receipts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Time and schedule-sensitive
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong understanding and experience using accounting systems and processes
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
