Finance Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing and managing the finance departments operations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and analyze financial data and performance, identifying areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, working closely with department heads to develop financial plans.
• Coordinate and perform financial analysis, including profitability analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Assist in managing the companys cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Assist in coordinating annual audits and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent understanding of accounting systems, financial software, and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in finance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php68,000.00 per month
