Regulatory Specialist, Global Regulatory Strategic Compliance (GRSC)

The position is a global role partnering with colleagues situated in various regions and sites.


The position requires a highly motivated candidate possessing sufficient regulatory experience, who can effectively lead & support processes and innovation projects.


This position reports into a Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs and is based at Paranaque, Philippines.

What You Will Do

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Senior Manager, GRSC as delegated or needed within areas of responsibility.
  • Handle other job-scopes as required to drive and support Kenvue consumer business.
  • Boost functional competency building and optimize training relevance.
  • Lead training simplification and curriculum governance.
  • Serve as a global functional resource.
  • Lead the GRA Training Simplification (GTS) Core Team.
  • Maintain and improve the GTS forum.
  • Lead global streamline initiatives.
  • Oversee regional activation to align with the overall global approach (e.g., EMEA Curriculum Clean-Up).
  • Ensure relevant Learning Management System (LMS) trainings (SUMMIT and CWire) are rolled out.
  • Monitor and track Compliance Wire On-Time completion.
  • Possess the LMS Administrator role.
  • Represent in global cross-function forums (e.g., drive creation of global metrics and dashboard).
  • Lead and improve communication and innovation hubs, such as You’re Empowered Sessions (YES) or equivalent connect-to-stakeholders forums.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

The candidate is required to interact with global, regional, and local market colleagues to accomplish the plans within responsibility.

The candidate will also be responsible for compliance metrics within scope.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any science field (Pharmacy, Biochemistry etc)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a regulatory affair or change management role.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory affairs, particularly in a global or multi-regional context.
  • Proven track record of leading and supporting regulatory process and innovation projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global streamline initiatives and regional activations.
  • Experience in handling compliance metrics and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Competence in managing global functional resources and driving curriculum governance.
  • Strong background in functional competency building and optimizing training relevance.
  • Proven experience in training simplification and curriculum governance.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and improving training forums, such as the GTS forum
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to roll out relevant LMS trainings and monitor compliance metrics.
  • LMS Administrator role experience is a plus.
