RESPONSIBILITIES
Database Management and Marketing:
- Manage and utilize the C+S database within Eagle CRM for targeted marketing and client engagement
- Execute strategic canvassing and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and expand market reach
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Engage with existing and potential clients to promote company services and offerings
- Foster relationships with property owners and investors through personalized interactions and updates on market trends
- Provide insights and updates on recent sales, offerings, and market developments
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base and through targeted outreach
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients by showcasing our services and value proposition
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation and business expansion
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and database management
Training and Development:
- Utilize resources such as Eagle Academy for continuous learning and skill enhancement in CRM management and industry knowledge
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to enhance effectiveness in the role
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Eagle CRM) and property research tools (e.g., RPdata)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
