Shift schedule: Dayshift schedules will be adhered to

What will your day look like?

As a Process Specialist for Confirmations, you are expected to be a subject matter expert on confirmations and should be knowledgeable on financial products particularly FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income and Derivatives and will assist the team in meeting daily and periodic targets. You are also responsible in ensuring all the daily process controls are practiced, quality and 100% accuracy are achieved by end of day.

In addition, your role will also assist in ensuring the team’s business plan are completed and will assist and drive initiatives and projects for process improvement and address upstream issues.

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

Proven experience in banking or financial services industry with previous markets operations or confirmations experience

Knowledge in confirmations methods such as Swift, Paper, CLS, GTSS, Finastra, FXAll

Knowledge in systems such as Tram, Xceptor, MIDANZ, AMH, MPE or Murex

Proven product and process knowledge and multiple product experience focusing on different tasks

Customer service experience with a focus on Markets products specifically Fixed Income.

A desire to develop people management and leadership skills

Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills is an advantage
