Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Track and import all receivables for clients and the company into FreshBooks    .
  • Track and invoice clients for employee hours worked and purchases made for each job.
  • Perform data entry for new clients into FreshBooks and track COGS vs. revenue per project.
  • Run weekly payable runs to pay any vendor invoices.
  • Run bi-weekly payroll with our payroll accountant (QuickBooks Time).
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financials with the Director of Finance and provide commentary on month-over-month activity fluxes.
  • Complete monthly/quarterly regulatory compliance filings, including L&I, ESD, Business & Excise taxes, etc.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounts payables/receivables.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Timesheets, Microsoft Outlook, and database management programs to maintain records and develop information for company use.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to work on 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (Permanent WFH)
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
