GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. A Performance Marketing Specialist focuses on optimizing digital marketing campaigns to maximize performance and ROI. They use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve client targets. They work closely with other marketing professionals to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

The Schedule:
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
The Role:
- Set up and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible results.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Create detailed performance reports for internal and client review.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test new ad creatives and strategies.
The Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing and data analysis.
- Experience with campaign tracking tools and platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
