JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who will primarily be responsible for tracking shipments from pickup to delivery and addressing any shipping issues that arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to contact FedEx via phone to obtain further details about shipment statuses
- Communicate any shipment issues and proposed solutions to the Sales team
- Ensure that advised delivery dates are met
QUALIFICATIONS
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to think quickly and ask pertinent questions
- Proficiency in using email and spreadsheets
- Excellent command of English, especially verbally
