Brand Manager – OTC

This position reports to a Senior Brand Manager and is based in Paranaque, Philippines

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the companys brand.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels

• Lead the development and execution of creative campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events

• Identify and capitalize on market trends to stay ahead of the competition

• Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to think creatively and outside the box
