RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking assistance with debt-related inquiries, providing professional and empathetic support via phone, email, or live chat
  • Information Gathering: Obtain essential information from clients to accurately initiate case files. This may include personal details, financial information, and specific details about their debt situation
  • Active Listening: Practice active listening skills to understand clients financial struggles, concerns, and goals. Empathize with their situation and demonstrate genuine commitment to helping them overcome debt challenges
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, legal staff, and relevant departments to ensure smooth case handling and timely resolution of client issues
  • Case Documentation: Update and maintain accurate client records and case notes in the companys CRM system to ensure comprehensive case histories and easy access to relevant information
  • Troubleshooting: Assist clients with common issues and provide helpful solutions or escalate more complex matters to higher-level representatives or the appropriate department

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a law firm or financial services environment, is advantageous but not mandatory. Entry-level candidates with a passion for helping others will also be considered.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively assisting clients and conveying complex information clearly.
  • Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients financial struggles while remaining professional and solution-oriented.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and take appropriate actions.
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using various computer software applications, CRM systems, and communication tools.
