Who are we looking for:

As a Human Resources - Training Assistant, you are expected to assist in the administrative aspects of training initiatives, ensuring that employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Collaborates with the HR Training Coordinator and other team members to facilitate a culture of learning and growth within the organization.

• Assist in the scheduling and logistics of training programs, including room bookings, equipment, setup, and attendee notifications.
• Maintain training records and attendance data to track employee progress.
• Coordinate and distribute training materials, ensuring all resources are readily available to participants.
• Assist in the onboarding process by providing new hires with training schedules, materials, and resources.
• Assist in the development and updating of training content, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Administer post-training evaluations and surveys to gather feedback from participants.
• Analyze training feedback and assist in making improvements to training programs.
• Assist in promoting training opportunities to employees through various communication channels.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide information related to training programs

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelors/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology / Business Management or in a related field.
• At least 6 months of working experience in the training facet of HR.
• Highly energetic, self-starter and strong ability to work independently
• Strong negotiation skills
• Demonstrated success in building strong consultative and professional relationships with supervisors and colleagues.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
