Marketing Officer - Sports and Fitness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and Social Media Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Creativity and innovative thinking for marketing strategies
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Sports-minded and healthy lifestyle advocates
• Previous experience in a known gym and/or sports facility is a plus.
• Willing to work in the office (HV dela Costa, Makati City)

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing and Support:

• Work closely with the Central Marketing team in terms of marketing plans and programs
• Create & execute marketing plans related to the Brands official Social Media pages, create content, and social media ads.
• Increase and boost official pages activity and followers.
• Manage distribution channels of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional items.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
• Assist in market research activities to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
• Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing activities and industry trends.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events for the company brand, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade shows.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual setups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor event timelines and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Handle post-event activities, including gathering feedback and analyzing event success.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php29,100.00 per month
