RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Patient Communication Management: Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound communications using the Omni-Channel Contact Centre platform, including phone, website chats, enquiry forms, and social media interactions
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with an internal network of specialists, practitioners, and clinic managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the hospital and allied health program services
  • Lead Management: Ensure timely and professional communication with leads generated from marketing campaigns, including diligent follow-up. Conduct meticulous lead triaging to capture relevant information and facilitate a smooth handover to specialists or practitioners
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in communication strategies, resource provision, and processes. Provide regular feedback to management on potential service improvements
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to patient program engagement, consultation conversion rates, and treatment outcomes
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports detailing contact centre activities, lead outcomes, and conversion statistics by program and channel.
  • Resource Development: Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and refine patient resources aimed at enhancing understanding of available clinical pathways

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of patients and team members
  • Hubspot and inbound sales experience
  • Proven experience in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Experience in healthcare sales is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt communication and sales techniques to suit different customer types and situations
  • High level of computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new digital platforms
  • A self-starter with a driven personality, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the teams success
  • A background in healthcare, business, or a related field is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector, including an understanding of ophthalmology, orthopedics, and bariatric health services, is a bonus but not the primary focus
