Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Maintaining effective communication with the client and other in-house organizations
- Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency
- Scheduling and delegating workload
- Maintaining general floor discipline
- Responsible for performance management of the allocated span
- Meet the given targets
- Driving operational initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
Candidates profile and qualifications:
- Able to take initiative to assist team members
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to take initiative and drive for results
- Knowledge of the POS/SCO/NONPOS equipment, troubleshooting procedures and ability to expand that knowledge
- Should possess team management and motivational skills
- Experience in technical process will be an added advantage
