Deputy General Manager-Vehicle

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronics and Communication; and/or with earned units in any related Master’s Degree

2. With Professional Engineer License

3. Overseas experience required

4. At least 10 years of management experience of the same capacity

5. Ability to build and maintain effective and beneficial working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders by coordinating and communicating professionally on behalf of the company regarding business-related matters and issues based on the standards of the company.

6. Ability to create, maintain and implement performance-based evaluation system that will support departmental and organizational efficiency.

7. Ability to identify all possible stakeholders’ requirements applicable to the nature of organizations operation to come up with improved processes and procedures of the operations of the Departments/Units.

8. Ability to identify important agendum or topics that need to discuss for appropriate action while maintaining collaboration among the members to meet common goals.

9. Ability to generate genuine enthusiasm and momentum for organizational change. It involves engaging and enabling groups to understand, accept and commit to the change agenda by implementing and communicating changes within the department.

10. Ability to identify needed training and/or developmental initiatives through competency gap analysis based on the company’s talent management framework.

11. Ability to make sure that the different parts needed by the vehicles are provided and in good functionality.

12. Ability to oversee the implemented maintenance plans and lead and coach the people involved in the operations.

13. Ability to monitor updates and feedback and work on improvements needed for vehicle maintenance.

14. Knowledge on the standard maintenance work plan.

15. Knowledge on the vehicle parts and process of procurement requests.

16. Knowledge on the different types of vehicle maintenance preventive measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
